At Chaperone Learning Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality training and digital learning experiences. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we are here to assist you with a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Refunds for Individual Courses (Live or Recorded)

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You are facing technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course and our support team is unable to resolve it within 3 working days.
  • The course content is significantly different from what was promised in the description or marketing material.
  • The trainer is consistently absent, late, or the session quality is extremely poor (subject to review and proof).

Refund Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of enrollment.
  • For recorded courses, you must not have accessed more than 20% of the content.
  • For live courses, you must not have attended more than 1 live session.

2. Refunds Will NOT Be Provided in the Following Cases:

  • You changed your mind after attending more than 1 live session or completing a major portion of the course.
  • You did not attend the course or failed to inform us about absence in advance.
  • You missed sessions due to personal reasons or scheduling conflicts.
  • You purchased the course under a special offer or discount (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • You requested a refund after the course has ended or certificate has been issued.

3. Customized Corporate Training & B2B Workshops

  • Payments made for tailored training programs are non-refundable once the training date and scope are confirmed.
  • If a session is cancelled by the learner after confirmation, the amount will be adjusted for rescheduling only, not refunded.
  • In the event of trainer unavailability from our side, a replacement or refund will be offered.

4. If We Cancel the Course

If a course or session is cancelled by Chaperone Learning Solutions, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An option to shift to another batch or course, based on availability.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please send your refund request to info@chaperoneacademy.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Course name
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots or proof (if applicable)

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
